Purpose of the Role:
As a People Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders across Business Units and Group Partners to execute a people strategy that aligns with our vision and goals. You will deliver exceptional strategic, operational, and cultural people practices, ensuring our enterprise thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define People Priorities: Partner with leaders to identify and align people priorities with the desired employee experience.
- Insight Sharing: Provide valuable business insights to the People & Culture (P&C) team and vice versa, enhancing the employee lifecycle and promoting new initiatives.
- Co-Design Initiatives: Collaborate with the P&C team and business to create effective people products and initiatives.
- Coordinate P&C Activities: Plan, forecast, and oversee P&C activities, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Lead Change: Support and lead discussions around change and transformation within the organization.
- Empower Employees: Develop products that encourage employees to take ownership of their performance, careers, and learning.
- Talent Development: Work with leaders to identify and nurture talent, creating career-defining experiences for all employees.
- Manage Employee Lifecycle: Oversee key people practices such as induction, workforce planning, reward and recognition, and career progression.
- Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Deliver interventions that foster an inclusive environment where everyone can be their authentic selves.
- Attract Future Talent: Support people managers in identifying and building relationships with potential talent.
- Understand Employee Needs: Build insights into how our people feel and what matters to them.
- Develop Managers: Provide development opportunities for managers to facilitate team reviews, set goals, and have meaningful conversations.
- Enhance Employee Experience: Work with the P&C team and other functions to create a seamless employee experience.
- Support P&C Advisors: Act as a point of escalation for sensitive, high-risk, or complex employee relations cases.
What We’re Looking For:
- Trusted Advisor: Extensive experience as a trusted advisor and coach on all matters related to people and talent.
- Change Leader: Proven experience in leading significant change initiatives from organizational development to team formation.
- Employee Relations Expert: Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issues and reduce their occurrence.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships up to the executive level.
- Practical Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest people and talent trends, with practical application experience.
- Digital Acumen: Experience with selecting, implementing, and utilizing technology to enhance the employee experience (desirable).
- Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide and coach others at all levels.
- Marketing & Presentation Skills: Ability to facilitate projects, teams, and initiatives effectively.
