We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at the Windsor Farm Shop. Windsor Farm Shop offers a wide range of products sourced from British speciality producers, local artisans and the Windsor Farms. Founded by Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh in 2001, we enjoy a unique position on the edge of the stunning Windsor Estate, housed within converted potting sheds which date back to the reign of Queen Victoria.

Casual Windsor Farm Shop Assistant -
As a Casual Windsor Farm Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a warm welcome and excellent service.
We are looking for support across our 7 day a week operation and our casual contracts offer flexibility to suit your availability and lifestyle.
You will support both the retail and coffee shop operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Main Accountabilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet visitors warmly, operate the till, take orders, and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Kitchen Operations: Assist with food preparation and serve food and drinks to customers.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the shop and surrounding areas are clean and safe, including litter picking and checking toilets.
- Stock Management: Keep the shop floor fully stocked, rotate stock, label items correctly, and minimize wastage.
- Merchandise: Ensure all products are correctly priced and maintain knowledge of stock to advise customers.
- Safety and Compliance: Complete health and safety checklists and adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Emergency Procedures: Assist with safe evacuation in case of an emergency.
- General Support: Contribute to improvements in customer service and overall operations.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- Experience in a busy, front-line customer service environment.
- Hospitality or barista experience is preferable but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (training provided).
- Strong customer service ethos and ability to resolve concerns positively.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and approachable.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Team player with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic IT skills
