This is a unique opportunity to become a trusted business partner, delivering critical financial insights and driving performance across a diverse property portfolio.
About the Role
As a key member of the Commercial Finance team, you will:
· Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the real estate portfolio.
· Develop and run financial models to evaluate leasing deals, regears, and new income streams.
· Prepare quarterly management accounts and deliver insightful performance analysis.
· Collaborate on forecasts and budgets with Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Group Finance, and other stakeholders.
· Partner with asset managers and portfolio teams to understand performance drivers and support strategic planning.
· Contribute to finance-wide initiatives focused on process improvement and system optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a commercially minded finance professional who is:
· Newly qualified or part-qualified and actively studying (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
· Experienced in financial modelling and commercial analysis.
· Skilled in Excel and ideally familiar with systems such as Agresso, Horizon, or Anaplan.
· A clear communicator with strong influencing skills and attention to detail.
· Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and adapting to changing priorities.
