Workplace Change & Engagement Manager FTC

Purpose of Role: The Workplace Engagement Manager will create and implement a plan for workplace engagement and change. They will help the Workplace Director and Project Manager communicate and apply these changes with minimal disruption, ensuring the desired results are achieved.
Main accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain an engagement and communications strategy (integrated with the change management plan), to educate, engage, and motivate stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Create high-quality communications for targeted audiences using appropriate channels.
- Manage online channels to provide stakeholders with up-to-date, relevant, clear, and engaging content about improvements, their scale, impact, timing, and benefits.
- Design and deliver feedback mechanisms to measure communication effectiveness and ongoing stakeholder engagement (e.g., forums, surveys, focus groups, FAQs).
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders to determine effective methods for communicating change impact and benefits.
- Manage a wide variety of stakeholders involved in or impacting the change project (e.g., GLT, ELC, and Line Managers).
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists (e.g., communication and training efforts).
- Provide coaching, guidance, feedback, and support for Change Champions and others within the project and across the Change Champion Network.
- Use clear methods and lead change activities.
- Support change capability building within the business (e.g., participating in the Change Management Community, sharing best practices, mentoring other Change Specialists).
Most important skills based requirements:
- Experience developing and delivering staff communication approaches in a complex organisation.
- Experience planning and implementing internal communication strategies.
- Experience with large-scale cross-organisational change initiatives.
- Flexibility in a changing environment and role responsibilities.
- Expertise in creating customer-centric environments that drive satisfaction and engagement.
- Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, key internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Well-organised problem solver, able to foresee operational and customer challenges.
This is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract
