You’ll play a key role in showing how The Crown Estate delivers for communities and acts as a trusted partner to industry and government.
Its a rare role, which encompasses hands on project experience - being able to see things to fruition and reap the rewards right across our enterprise, aswell as the opportunity for bigger thinking, enabling and unlocking strategic business development goals for The Crown Estate.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and delivery of ambitious place strategies and plans.
Support critical local and regional plans—from growth strategies to investment prospectuses.
Drive strategic partnerships from concept to execution, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Engage with influential leaders across business and industry
Collaborate across our Corporate Affairs function and the wider business to ensure a consistent, impactful approach to engagement and reputation building.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in corporate affairs, political, local government, or civil service roles.
Ability to turn strategic concepts into practical delivery programmes - hands on project delivery is essential to this role.
Strong knowledge of UK Government workings and regional/devolved policy.
Exceptional relationship-building skills at senior levels.
Expertise in strategic planning, leadership, change management, and political awareness.
