Are you a change leader with experience driving adoption across complex ERP and operating model transformation? Do you bring the expertise to engage stakeholders, shape behaviour, and embed new ways of working at scale?
This is an opportunity to lead the change agenda for a high-profile Finance Transformation programme, supporting the rollout of a new ERP system alongside a Target Operating Model redesign. What you’ll be doing
Develop and deliver a comprehensive change strategy aligned to programme objectives
Identify and manage change impacts, ensuring mitigation plans support smooth adoption
Design and deliver clear, engaging communications that bring the transformation to life
Create consistent messaging around programme vision, benefits, and progress
Lead the training approach, including role-based learning, e-learning, and user guidance
Partner with functional leads to ensure teams are equipped for new systems and processes
Act as a central point of contact for change activity, building strong stakeholder relationships
Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and engagement forums to drive understanding and buy-in
Track and report on readiness, adoption, and training metrics to support decision-making
How you’ll make an impact
You’ll ensure this transformation lands successfully, not only delivering change, but embedding it. By building engagement, strengthening capability, and creating clarity, you’ll enable teams to adopt new ways of working with confidence. Your impact will be reflected in high adoption, sharp readiness, and meaningful improvements to how finance operates.
How you’ll approach the role
Bring both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
Build trust and influence across a wide stakeholder group
