London Security Manager (12 Month FTC)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced London Security Manager to support operational security oversight and development across our London portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to structural and procedural changes while ensuring outstanding levels of operational delivery for our business and customers. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operational development and delivery of new initiatives for London.
- Develop and implement risk management processes.
- Ensure emergency procedures are appropriate for all assets.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis of site-specific security issues.
- Ensure effective intelligence collation and provision.
- Incorporate Business Continuity planning into portfolio activities.
- Establish effective reporting processes to measure performance and inform activities.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including police, local councils, and Business Improvement Districts.
- Review and analyse incident reports, providing solutions as necessary.
- Drive improvements in the Security Operations Centre.
- Support the transition to a consolidated digital platform for incident management and reporting.
- Ensure readiness for the implementation of the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act (Martyn’s Law).
Personal Requirements:
- Experience working with public and private sector security stakeholders.
- Demonstrable breadth and depth of physical security experience.
- Experience in planning and delivering events or responding to incidents in a multiagency environment.
- Proven ability to drive progress through effective reporting mechanisms.
- Willingness to undergo vetting to SC level.
- Membership of relevant security organizations is advantageous.
