Senior Financial Reporting Analyst (6 Month FTC)

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role covering paternity leave, where your expertise will help shape the future of financial reporting through simplification, automation, and digital enablement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare statutory accounts, and support audits and tax filings for subsidiaries and joint ventures.
- Deliver high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and insightful financial analysis.
- Support technical accounting decisions and draft clear, concise memos.
- Drive process improvements for reconciliations and ledger clean-ups.
- Collaborate across teams to automate and simplify reporting processes.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and ad-hoc initiatives, including governmental returns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
- An excellent grasp of IFRS and technical accounting, with commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to interrogate financial data, resolve anomalies, and produce clear reconciliations.
- Experience in statutory reporting, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation.
- A self-starter with an analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Property sector experience and ERP system knowledge are a plus.
