We’re embarking on a bold, multi-year transformation to reposition Finance as a strategic enabler of performance, innovation, and long-term value. As Transformation Director (Finance), you’ll lead the design, mobilisation, and delivery of this enterprise-wide programme, from ERP implementation to process redesign, with impact across every part of the organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-profile transformation with Board visibility, cross-functional influence, and the support of leading consulting partners. You’ll be at the heart of shaping how Finance operates, collaborates, and delivers value across the business.
What You’ll Be Driving
· Strategic Roadmap: Develop and deliver a transformation strategy covering ERP integration, enterprise data, automation, and service design.
· Technology & Process Enablement: Champion simplification, standardisation, and automation to improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
· Governance & Delivery: Lead the Finance Transformation Office, embedding robust governance, risk management, and benefit realisation frameworks.
· Performance & Value: Define and track KPIs to measure improvements in cost efficiency, resilience, and service quality.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team, and engage across senior leadership to ensure alignment and momentum.
· Change Leadership: Drive cultural and behavioural change through inclusive leadership, structured communications, and stakeholder-centric design.
· Capability Building: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, digital fluency, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings:
· Transformation Expertise: Experience leading complex finance transformation programmes end to end in large, multi-stakeholder environments.
· Technology Fluency: Familiarity with ERP systems, automation, and workflow tools.
· Delivery Focus: Ability to translate strategic ambition into actionable plans and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
· Inclusive Leadership: A collaborative, people-first approach with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
· Analytical Insight: Confidence using data to inform decisions, build business cases, and measure impact.
· Adaptability & Resilience: Comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing priorities, and leading change with empathy and clarity.
