Maintain a visible presence through patrols, inspections, and day-to-day operational delivery across the Park and car parks.
Help enforce Park regulations and relevant legislation, promoting safe and respectful visitor behaviour.
Respond to incidents (including accidents, security matters, and weather-related issues) and submit incident reports.
Liaise effectively with colleagues, contractors, event organisers, external partners, and emergency services when required.
Support car park and gate operations, including resolving pay machine issues via suppliers/digital teams.
Maintain high presentation standards (litter, bins, signage) and help protect land, wildlife and assets.
Promote membership by confidently communicating the value and benefits to visitors.
Work safely at all times, including administering first aid where required.
