Full-Time and Permanent Working 40 hour per week rota including, weekends and bank holidays. Earliest start time 06:30 and latest finish time 21:30.

Purpose of Role:
To maintain consistently high operational standards and deliver an exceptional visitor experience across the southern section of Windsor Great Park and all associated car parks, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well‑managed environment for visitors while protecting land, wildlife and property.
Main accountabilities:
This role is an important part of our Visitor Services Team, supporting the day‑to‑day running of the Park and ensuring visitors have a positive, safe and enjoyable experience.
Key accountabilities include:
Providing a warm welcome to visitors and maintaining a visible presence across the Park.
Supporting visitor engagement, safety and the protection of land, wildlife and property.
Sharing accurate information about Windsor Great Park and promoting membership where appropriate.
Enforcing Park regulations and supporting compliance with relevant legislation.
Responding to incidents, accidents, weather‑related issues and emergencies.
Liaising with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and emergency services.
Maintaining high standards of presentation, including litter removal and clean signage.
Submitting concise incident reports and supporting event licence compliance.
Ensuring vehicles, equipment and car park infrastructure are used safely and responsibly.
Administering first aid when required.
Demonstrating The Crown Estate values and behaviours at all times.
Skills‑based requirements:
Experience working in a similar environment such as parks, open spaces or visitor‑facing outdoor settings.
Physically able to undertake a demanding outdoor role and manual work.
Full UK manual driving licence.
First aid qualified.
Knowledge of Windsor Great Park, including visitor interests, wildlife, history and environmental considerations.
